1. Delivery times
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Rest of Bangladesh: 2–4 business days. Express delivery is available at checkout for most areas.
You will receive an order number by email the moment you order, and a courier notification once your package ships.
2. Shipping costs
Standard shipping is a flat $5, and free on orders over $75. Express delivery pricing is shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Tracking your order
Use the Track Order page with your order number, or open the order in your account to see live status — placed, confirmed, shipped, delivered.
4. 30-day free returns
Unworn items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery, free of charge. Start a return from your account or by contacting support.
Once we receive the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bKash or bank transfer.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Place a new order for the piece you want and return the original — that way the replacement ships immediately instead of waiting on the return.
